Dannye Williamsen

I am an author, editor, and ghostwriter. My first two fiction novels were
Second Chances and The Threads That Bind, which is the sequel. These books are in the paranormal suspense genre. I also published a paranormal romance titled Center Stage and three novels in the Brita Madison Paranormal Mystery series titled Chasing Shadows, Shattered Hearts, and Unraveling Memories. Recently I published a contemporary thriller titled Circles of Freedom. My latest novel (women's fiction) will be published soon: When The Walls Come Tumbling Down.

I have several nonfiction books dealing with the use of the creative process for moving your business vision into reality. Spiritual psychology is my passion, and I have numerous books focused on the spiritual journey.

My professional background in management in such diverse fields as commodity trading, the cable television industry, and land development has earned me inclusion in Marquis' Chronicles of Human Achievement  every year since 2002 in the following: Who's Who in America™, Who's Who of American Women™, and Who's Who in the World™, as well as in Who's Who in Finance and Business™ in 2009-2010.

Rev. John Dean Williamsen

I am an ordained Unity minister and an author. My first venture into the publishing world was with my wife when we co-produced the 5 CD audio book titled It’s Your Move! Transform Your Dreams From Wishful Thinking To Reality in 2004. It was a Bronze Award winner in ForeWord Magazine's 2004 Book of the Year Awards and received high praise from Mt. Shasta Magazine.

I have several spiritual psychology CDs published also:
The 4 Cs of Problem-Solving, Simplicity for the Soul, The Living Organism Called Church.

I also published a novel called The Evolution of a Slingshot, a coming-of-age mystery.

UPDATE:
John D. Williamsen,  age 86, passed away on May 22, 2020, in Memphis, TN.

John is survived by his wife of thirty-three years, Dannye Williamsen.

Born in Sterling, IL, John entered the Air Force in 1952. After his discharge, he gained an Associates’ Degree in Dental Technology from Southern Illinois University and opened his own laboratory. In 1980, he went to Seminary in Lee’s Summit, MO, and was ordained in 1982.

His thirst for knowledge led him back to the University of Memphis where he graduated in 1996 with a degree in Metapsychology. Since that time he worked with his wife to produce a 5 CD award-winning audiobook as well as several CDs on meditation and spiritual psychology.

In 2008 and 2009 he suffered two strokes that left him unable to read. Not one to quit, he learned to read again and subsequently wrote a coming of age novel titled “The Evolution of a Slingshot” set in the 1940’s. After several Grand Mal seizures, 2017 was the year life really took a turn for him. He experienced ten days of uninterrupted seizures. He was further diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease with Dementia. His personal strength carried him until this year when he finally began to let go.

John was a gentle soul with a contagious smile. His unique views and expressions on the spirituality of man were intriguing to all who heard him or read his works. He will be greatly missed.

It was his desire to have his body donated to the Medical Education Research Institute (MERI). There will be no funeral or memorial service per his request.
